​Hello, my name is Jennifer Donis and I am a standing freshman at the University of Southern California (USC) for the Fall of 2015 as a Biology major with an emphasis on Pre-Med. I formally attended James A. Foshay Learning Center. I was a member of the Foshay Tech Academy and I was also part of the Neighborhood Academic Initiative (NAI). I participated in three school sports; I was captain of the Foshay Girls Varsity Soccer Team for the 2014-2015 Season and was on the Varsity Swim Team and Cross Country Team. My parents immigrated from Guatemala about twenty years ago and have taught me to embrace and love my roots and where I come from. I aspire to be a pediatrician who will give back to my communities and aid in third-world countries.
